It is a real pleasure to have you staying at Asteria. To keep it a calm, lovely place for you and for the neighbours who live around it, we ask just a few simple things. We do not think any of them will surprise you.
- It is your home while you are here. The apartment is reserved for the guests on your booking: up to two in total, plus a travelling infant (a child under two who sleeps in a travel cot). If you would like to have a visitor over during the day, just check with us first.
- Quiet in the evenings. Please keep noise gentle between 22:00 and 08:00. Our neighbours are wonderful, and a little consideration in the evening keeps everyone happy.
- No parties or events. By all means enjoy your stay to the fullest, but the apartment is not a venue for parties or large gatherings.
- Smoke-free indoors. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
- Travelling with a pet? Please ask us in advance so we can let you know if we can accommodate them.
- A quick word on registration. As Croatian law requires, we register every guest with the authorities on arrival, so we will ask each of you for a passport or ID document. Thank you for understanding; it is a legal step, not a formality we invented.
- Report anything that breaks. If something stops working or gets damaged, please tell us as soon as you notice, so we can try to fix it quickly. Accidents happen, and we would always rather know.
- Leaving. When you check out, please leave the apartment tidy, close the windows, lock the door, return the key to the keybox and scramble the code so it cannot be opened. That is all.
These rules form part of our Booking Terms. In the event of a serious breach, such as a party or more guests staying than agreed, we will first ask you to stop and, if necessary, we may end your stay; we would only ever do that as a last resort, and only where it matches how serious the problem is. We do not expect ever to need to do this.
If you are ever unsure about anything during your stay, just message us and ask. We would always rather you did.
